Please follow these steps to gain access to The Sims 3, MOD folder.

Step 1: Click On the MOD Folder, This will prompt you to download the MOD .zip folder.

Step 2: Extract the MOD folder into The Sims 3 Folder Commonly located in:

C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3

Step 3: Run The Sims 3, and enjoy the MODs

Mods can be accessed by clicking on a computer in game and clicking on the the More options button and then the NRAAS button.
